About Rogue Valley In Homecare

Rogue Valley In Home Care was established in 2005 by Bryan Barge'. After several years of providing private duty home care Bryan felt it was time to take his dream of owning his own business with a love of caring for others and make it something more.  In November of 2005 Rogue Valley in Home Care Services was opened.

As with all new start up businesses it took time to grow and find the right people and location to call home. For the first couple of years Bryan worked all his clients by himself until he could bring on additional staff as his clientele grew.  Being born and raised in Medford, Bryan knew that he always wanted to stay local and serve the community he called home.  In late 2008 an opportunity presented itself to become the second In Home Care Agency in Southern Oregon to partner with the Medicaid of Oregon program to provide in home health and general care services to the Aging and People with Disabilities of both Jackson and Josephine Counties.

With this new opportunity and growth for Rogue Valley In Home Care Services Bryan knew he needed more help and was able to offer his sisters Krista and Amber the opportunity to join him.  As a family they all shared the same passion for caring and loving others. This was instilled in them by their beloved Grandparents Floyd and Rosa Young. These loving individuals were always their cheerleaders and champions in life. They were a proud example of hard-work, deep love and had a strong sense of family and community.  With this background how could anyone fail?

Since 2008 Rogue Valley In Home Care Services has changed its name to Rogue Valley In Home Care Inc to cover the many additions to the services provided.  We now offer Long Term Care Nursing services, In Home Care Services to the the Veteran Department and provide CPR AED & First Aid Instruction to the public via Rogue Valley CPR & First Aid.
